We have found that the best way for new and existing customers to contact us is by telephone.   Don't worry, it's not an endless maze of voice prompts and talking computers.  You can get to a live person during business hours with 1 or 2 button presses and wait times are generally under 2 minutes. Online Help Desk

For less urgent issues, we offer an On-Line Help Desk Ticketing System which is a great way to ask our Customer Service and Technical Staff specific questions.  If you have already registered for a NET1Plus Help Desk Account, you can login to the Help Desk now.   If you would like to register for a Help Desk Account please contact us by telephone.  When using the Help Desk you can expect a response to your inquiry within 24-36 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
